Hailing from Los Angeles, California it’s Joseph Caserta, short Caserta, who delivers four (House Music) goodies on the second installment of his label God Hour. Thereby he sound-engineer, producer and DJ namely pays tribute to the Beastie Boy’s album Paul’s Boutique as his four tracker goes by the name of Joe’s Boutique. However, the EP contains nothing but House music that seems to honor the golden times of 90s US House. The A2, Let U Go, is based upon a heavy bassline and infectious chord sequences, which hit as deep as they can. In combination with the chopped up vocals Caserta created a track, which fulfills any House Music lover’s dancefloor fantasy and is as classy and classic as a track from this genre can be. In other words: This is pure magic on the floor and around from an artists, who surely knows how to produce meaningful music.
